Our years of experience shooting in and around the water, our global network and knowledgable team deeply involved in the aquatic culture and industry allow us to help your underwater and ocean-related productions to come to life.

We know what aspects really matter when it comes to shooting surfing, in the ocean or underwater in general and we are happy to help you make the most of it. Apart from finding the right locations or casting models and athletes that meet both athletic and appearance requirements, we are best equipped with the necessary special gear: from 150 meters in the air to 60 meters deep, we got you covered.
Our tech crew is experienced and highly skilled when it comes to work in the ocean or in solid conditions. From fashion shoots, TVC and feature films to award-winning documentaries, we at LKRTEL are proficient in high end productions.
Being exposed to all different kind of meteorological conditions and subject to the laws of nature, shooting in and around the ocean always carries certain risks. From forecasting and water safety professionals to jet skis and boats, we will make sure that all necessary security precautions will be taken to ensure a safe work environment for everybody involved.

CASTING

Looking great in the water and on camera represents a certain challenge to every model. Anyhow, your water productions will look the best and most authentic with a model that is both a capable and confident athlete and comfortable in front of the camera.

We know models, actors and surfers of all kinds, all around the world — so finding the right faces for your production is a breeze. Furthermore, we are dedicated to taking care of the actors and providing them coaches and water support to make them look their best in the water!

If required, proper stunt doubles can be provided as well.

LOCATIONS

Just as much as every water person always seeks for those crystal clear seascapes and the search for the perfect wave is a lifelong mission for every passionate surfer, the choice of the location where you shoot your (under)water productions will have a tremendous impact on the results.

The ocean has been our office for more than 20 years now and we travelled the world from production to strike mission.
So if you have a special idea or vision, we know
where to make it happen.

SAFETY

When it comes to safety, we never compromise. Being exposed to all different kind of meteorological conditions and subject to the laws of nature, shooting in and around the ocean always carries certain risks.

From forecasting and water safety professionals to jet-skis and boats, we will make sure that all necessary security precautions will be taken to ensure a safe work environment for everybody involved.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

In need of surfboards, diving equipment, jet-skis, boats or something even more extraordinary? We can provide! Depending on the kind of production you are planning, shooting surfing or underwater scenes requires all kind of special equipment and props that you might not have in mind at first and furthermore, not in your equipment case.

From big wave productions over remote island surf breaks to night surfing or diving missions, we know what it needs to bring a whole team to the spot and to get that great shot in the end — and we know how to get it to the right place at the right time.

STUDIOS, TRANSPORT & ACCOMMODATION

If you ever need to take your water production out of the water and onto dry land, we can also provide film studios and appropriate props to you.

As we are an aquatic production service, our main focus is on taking care of your surf and ocean related needs. But we know that being in an unknown environment can pose all kind of difficulties. So if required, we are also more than happy to organise all transports and accommodations for your trip to make your life easier.
